Masteron’s property development journey began with the launch of Taman Mas Puchong in 1997. Since then, the group has completed approximately 10,000 units with a combined gross development value exceeding RM1 billion. Its notable developments in Puchong include Koi Kinrara, Koi Tropika, Koi Boulevard, Koi Legian, Koi Prima and Koi Residences.

Lakeside City

Another significant undertaking by Masteron Group is Lakeside City, a 150-acre integrated development in Puchong Prima. Aurora Residences, the development’s first phase, has been completed, marking an important milestone in the transformation of this growing Puchong township.

Sentral Vista

Beyond residential property development, Masteron has also established a presence in the commercial sector. Its portfolio includes Sentral Vista, a 20-storey office development strategically located in the vibrant KL Sentral area. The group also developed Menara Choy Fook On, a recognisable Petaling Jaya landmark that serves as Masteron Group’s corporate headquarters.
